DIES after 2 yrs ....

Owned previous model and replaced that one with the most recent version; 2.0 - K550. 2 years later, its not working. Water not pumping out correctly, if I can get it to pump at all. I've always maintained the machine when prompted and changed the filer every 3 months. To have it broke in 2 yrs is Ridiculous for the price you pay or these things! I wont buy another Keurig! In 4 yrs I've Paid out over $400 to have them in the trash!
Pros: Brews quickly
Cons: Coffee grounds in coffee, Loud, Not durable

Taking a step backward, don't bother buying

Really disappointing. You cannot change the brewing temp like my 1.0 . There is no setting the default brewing size, so every time you make a cup you must change the preset size of 8 oz. Has silly proprietary Keurig kcup sensor, so you can't use "other" companies kcups. Takes forever to brew a cup, almost twice as long as my 1.0 and constantly and loudly pulses during the brew cycle. The design no longer allows my Travel Mug to fit under the spout of the brewer, I therefore had to design something to place under the brewer to elevate it, how silly. Seems Keurig engineers need to go back to school, and listen to customers, before making another proprietary bonehead brewer mistake. Mine malfunctioned fast enough for me to return it before being stuck with this piece of garbage.

Cons: Long Brew Time, Preset Water Temp, Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Loud

HATE this stupid thing, why did you ruin an excellent product? WHY do I have to drink my coffee the way you want me too? Why can I not change the size I want brewed? Brought this tonight and it will be going back in the morning. Extremely disappointed. I brought my first Keurig when they first came out, I recommended them as they replaced it twice when it broke. Last one lasted 5 years and died this morning, so rushed to but a new one on the way home. This product is now totally useless to me, very disappointed all around.
Cons: Wont Let Me Drink Coffee, HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Features, Small Pot, Loud
