Bought to replace our older keurig. We are not happy with the limited cup size. 10 ounces is about a half mug. No ability to set temperature. Although changing wall paper may appeal to some, I find it useless. Really Keurig, coffee options are way more important than changing the looks of a tiny little screen. We use mugs at our house so 12 ounce size would have been nice. Limiting us to buying only coffee brands you endorse is a marketing tactic that I don't like. We are already looking for a different brand of single cup coffee maker.
Pros: Fairly quiet, Fast, Still Makes Good Coffee
Cons: Unprogramable Temp, K-carafe Pods Expensive, Limited cup size, Only Uses Approved K-pods

Nice but disappointing

We upgraded our old Keurig (which worked just fine) to this one and its a disappointment. It's slow to warm up, it splatters when making beverages, and while the look and display are cool, it ends up covered in fingerprints and is hard to keep looking clean. I'm sorry I upgraded.

Cons: Messy, Slow, Hard To Keep Clean

Very disappointed with the clock not. This is the second machine in 3 months and automatic on/off not working nor keeping the right time. As far as customer service, the lady I spoke to the FIRST time was great, the SECOND, well she just wanted to get off the phone

Waste of money

Kuerig coffee makers are expensive, poor quality wastes of money. Machines do not function correctly most of the time. If you enjoy visiting customer service for exchanges, or like to waste time on customer service calls, buy one. Otherwise, stick to higher quality makers that will work for years!

I hate this brewer

This nevers brews a full carafe of coffee. Been on with service dept 2 times, they are now sending me a new machine. The kcups work fine most of the time, but the carafe pods never work, the make a bout 1.5 cups of coffee and stop. Its a complete waste of money to buy the carafe pods to only get a kcup worth of coffee out of it.
