I drink coffee daily. I have had the same S/B espresso machine for almost 15 years and it still works like new (used daily). My Keurig 2.0 lasted 10 months. I am not a happy Keurig user.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Only Lasted 10 Months
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was very satisfied with previous brewers, although just basic, they did the job and I was happy. Then the 2.0 came along and I was like "Wow"! I went thru all the initial setups wondering how this was all going to work, or what did I do wrong. It worked perfect! Very easy. I set it all up now, and its truly great. I use the nightlite feature, which is cool, but mainly I brew great coffee that always hits the spot! Keurig really did take a good thing and make it better! Thanks! Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review. Seriously, I have had this brewer for a good two months now and do use it several times a week. It's easy. Works great. Not a sole reason to buy it, but looks cool too. I look forward to seeing what all new products and brands you will come out with next! Sincerely, Kent (aka- happy coffee drinker)
Pros: Easy to clean, Durable, Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Brews quickly
I like the ease of use. I do not like that I cannot adjust the temp down for single cups or higher for carafe. I would like to have the at least one more option of 12 oz. cup
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Limited Features

This is my first Keurig, and I love it! It was super easy to use right out of the box. My family and I all love the variety of coffees to choose from. I was afraid that the technology would be difficult to learn, but the touchscreen walks you through everything. The only thing I don't like so far is that you have to hold the button the whole time to dispense hot water. I can't wait to explore more coffee/drink flavors and the auto features of this machine.
Pros: Large water capacity, Easy to use
Cons: Hot Water Feature, Night Light Is Not Bright, No temperature control

My wife and daughter in law got this for my for Christmas present for my garage/shop. So far so good. I've had other older Keurig makers and I'm please with them all. I don't mind the noise at all, not sure why people complain, it's a coffee maker geezz get over it. I don't like not being able to set the temp, so that's a bad strike. At the max cup size setting that's all I need. As long as it keeps pumping out a avg. size cup of coffee I'm good with it. It's fast, easy to use and I like the easy clean up. I will say my wife doesn't like them but she's old school and wants to grind her coffee and like's it strong. She can clean that old school maker. I'll dump that little plastic K-Cup in the trash and be done with it.

New to Keurig

I'm new to Keurig after switching over from my Tassimo brewer which I've had for years. The Keurig pods are much easier to get here and Keurig has reusable pods. It's a much bigger unit than the tassimo and holds more water, easier to add water as well. Overall the functionality is comparable but I really miss my Tassimo selections with real latte and cappucino milk. So much so I've kept my Tassimo brewer. If you just want black coffee and the convenience of a resuable pod, I would go with the Keurig. If you want coffee shop latte and cappucino this is not the machine for you.
Pros: Programmable, Reuseable Pods, Easy to use, Large reservoir, Hot Water
