I love this brewer. Its fast, brews approprately hot coffee, can make a carafe in addition to a cup, and has an amount of flexibility.
Pros: Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

While I think the system brews a great cup of coffee, I am very disappointed that this Keurig model will not allow me to use a local charitable coffee grower. I thought I would be able to get the accessory to use "my own" coffee. For the $$$ spent on the coffee system, I'm not happy about those restrictions. Provide me with the accessory for this machine and I would be happy to recommend to a friend.

Awesome Coffee Brewer

Use it everyday as only drink about two cups a day so it saves water and coffee. Also, each cup is a fresh cup of coffee. Hardly ever go to coffee shops for coffee now as can make my own speciality drinks at home. Wish the water reservoir was larger and that there was an option for 12 ounces. Kuerig says coming soon. Can't be too soon for me.

I love my Keurig 2.0 but I wish they still offered 12oz cup and it needs to let you set the one you use everyday. The other suggestion would be to put a bottom plate on for the large to go cups. Other that those 3 things I think it is great.

The brew time is soon quick. This was a replacement for my brewer that was leaking and I couldn't be happier. I don't leave my brewer plugged up but it only take like a minute or two for the water to get hot. I'm not a coffee drinker I do the hot chocolate and the lemonade and they come out perfect everytime! I've been looking at the Kold brewer and I'm really thinking about ordering one.

Terrible Product

Like the convience. Do not like it not working. I have purchased two Keurig for myself and purchased for my children. They work fair for awhile and then just stop working. For the price it is terrible and I just keep purchasing. Hope to get a new one sent to me. The water pump does not work--less than a year old.

This product is use to make your own cold beverages. What's meat is there's mixers you can make. I have made those yet. I use it for the zero calorie drinks and sport hydration drinks. What's not so great is it is huge!! There's not enough room for this. I also don't feel like I want to pay 4.99 for pods to make one 8oz drink when I could go but a 2 liter for .99 at the store. There are teas you can buy too. I plan on trying some. Overall though, I wouldn't recommend this. I would say get the original, the. Again I love my hot coffee!!

Don't waste your time with this one. I bought to replace my old Keurig and what a disappointment! The coffee is so cold I had Keruig send me new machine with the same product.. Thinking about going back to a drip or percolator
