I have had this product for aprox 2 months and I love it. The features are easy to setup; the coffee brews quickly; and there are many setting options. It also looks great on the counter. The only issue we have had with the machine is that the dispenser has already been plugged. Although with that said, we have had 2 people using every day for 1-2 cups per day for 2 months. Additionally, the clog was easy to pass with the cleaning tool Keurig provided. I would recommend this machine to a friend!

This is my 3rd Keurig coffee maker I found that they last about 3 years, then time for a new one. With everyday use I expect that, it makes a great cup of coffee so to me it is worth buying a new one every three years.

I enjoy my new Keurig 2.0 K550. It's easy to use and I use it every day and enjoy the coffee flavors for a perfect cup. I like the idea to select "strong" if you need a stronger brew at times. The carafe is great for those mornings one cup just isn't enough. Thanks Keurig for free pods for this review.

This is not my first Keurig brewer. I have had several different models and each has had it's own problems over time. This one seems to be the most functional with the least amount of malfunctions. It is well made, although mostly plastic, it seems to be very durable. We have had problems brewing the eight o clock brand kcups, they brew very slow, taking more than a minute to brew from start to finish. We just don't buy that brand anymore. The coffee always tastes great, no grinds in the cup, and perfect every time. The large water reservoir is also a plus, we definitely aren't filling it as frequently as before. All in all, a great machine for the coffee lover. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review!

My wife and I waited a long time before buying a Keurig, but now these machines are everywhere and this model has all the features we would like in a coffee maker. Also no more long lines waiting for a good cup of coffee,we get our travel cups filled and off we go!

Family grief stricken when previous pot took an unexpected early retirement. Within 2 days Keurig had delivered a brand new upgraded K550. Heaven! Wonderful new features, instant hot water especially nice now that cool weather is here, many different sizes and the carafe is terrific. Would have been 5 stars but we ran into some minor problems when we installed the filter.
Pros: Looks Beautiful In Kitche, Great Customer Service, Just Graduated To 20, Very Easy To Set Up
