Love the Keurig K550

I love the K550 overall it is a huge step from the older platinum version. I love the customization of the screens and night light. I don't like that on some K-cups you are limited in the size of drink you can brew. Also it may be me but I don't get the auto on and off setting. When I brew in the morning I still have to push the power button on the screen and wait for the brewer to warm up. Overall I would purchase this again. I would suggest this model if you plan to brew the carafe, due to the amount of water used in making the 4 cups.

Cons: Complicated Controls, Limited cup size

Keurig has been a great investment. It makes a perfect single cup brew. I enjoy a fresh dark roast cup of coffee and used to buy fresh beans. While Keurig cannot replace a freshly ground cup of coffee, the cost and effort on a daily basis was not feasible for the working individual. The k cups provide a delicious fresh cup in an instant without the hassle, and it works great for serving others with different preferences (and provides a consistent tasty cup which can be tricky with beans and water ratio).

I am enjoying my new Kerurig! I look forward to my first morning cup, its always hot and coffee is strong! The only feature that I am disappointed in is the height of the system, as travel mugs do not stand up right under the coffee drip stream.

Great replacement for our well used Keurig Platinum brewer. Makes a great cup or pot of coffee. Disappointed that Keurig eliminated the My K-Cup, but found suitable replacements that work easily with our favorite coffees. Thanks Keurig for the fee pods for this review.
