After using a regular brewing system for years, I purchased the Keurig 2.0. I use it daily and when my wife and I are serving friends. It gives them the opportunity to try many different coffees and they like this. It is fast and easy to use. The digital readings are great. At this time we do not find a downsize to this product and we would recommend its purchase; especially for seniors like ourselves. What a fantastic convenience--one hot cup at a time. I would like if the pods used could be made from a bio-degradable product. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review." I received compensation/free product for my unbiased review."

We use this product many times per day. It works great!!! We love the digital display. It is easy to use. The only downfall is that I wish it had a 12 oz. cup. I will receive compensation/free product for my unbiased review. Overall great brewer.

Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review. The brewer is excellent and the coffee tastes great. It is simple to use. I like the larger mug size k cup. I use the brewer everyday. I love it!!!

I have had a keurig coffee maker since they came on the market and this 550 series is the best so far!I'm the only one in the house to drink coffee so to have a single cup coffee maker works for me.The carafe feature is great for when I have company.

We were initially hesitant to buy a Keurig system, but the K550 was on sale and it was too good of a deal to pass up. We have been extremely pleased with this brewer. The coffee turns out great and is always nice and hot. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

This is an awesome machine. I had the Vue but upgraded to K550 after I found out they stopped making the Vue. I love the carafe feature, as it great when you need more than one cup. Love the fact that I can use both Vue & K-cups. It's also a lot quieter than my Vue. My only downside is the hot water feature in that, you have to hold down the button while the water is being dispensed! Other than that, I'M LUVIN' IT!!! Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Overall Good Coffee and Brewer

I replaced my older Cuisinart with new 2.0 550 brewer. Had a couple of issues at first: water filter seems to fit in looser than old maker, and after making test cup of coffee the subsequent cups were taking too long and taste was terrible. Plus the water reservoir should be a little larger and easier to attach. That being said, I called customer service about the coffee issue. The lady couldn't have been nicer. Turns out I needed to use the cleaner attachment that came with brewer to clean needle. She said this happens after initial use of brewer at times. I put in simple to use cleaner and now the brewer has made great coffee ever since. I suspect this cleaning device will allow the brewer to last much longer than some of past versions. Overall this has been a great brewer having now used for a few months. If I could change one thing it would be the size of the reservoir.

Cons: Limited Features, Long Brew Time
