This product has blown me away! I would have given it 5 stars, but after 4 cups of coffee the pump stopped working. I let it sit for a couple of days as I waited to take it back to the store and before I took it back I decided to give it one more shot and miraculously it worked again and has been ever since. I love this keurig! The carafe option with the mega packs was a great invention! Thanks Keurig, for the free pods for this review!!

Good Machine and Coffee

Just got this machine a couple of weeks ago. PRO'S : Filter system, ability to brew carafe size brews. Con's Limitations on what type of K-cups you can buy. I have been trying to use more organic coffee and many of the ones offered are not compatible with the my new Keurig. My old Keurig allowed me to brew my own coffee and any k-cups I purchased which is what I really liked. Hard to find the carafe sized k-cups in the stores right now so have to purchased online if I want to use that feature. Really like the user friendly interface of my new machine.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Brews quickly, Large Pot

Stylish and chic, new machine looks great on my counter. Coffee brews to perfection. This is actually a replacement/ upgrade, my platinum plus began to leak from the base, my husband said just throw it away but instead I called keurig and was so happy with their customer service and professionalism. Without hesitation I was offered an upgrade (K550) at no cost and received it two days later. Thank you keurig so much for great customer service and the bonus is my husband loves the carafe versus making just one cup!

Great Coffee Maker

Great coffee maker, had to purchase this after ours died after about a year. We loved the convince of keurig so thought we would give it one more try. I enjoy both brewing the one cup feature as well as using the carafe feature. I did end up purchasing the stainless carafe because I felt the other that came with the maker really did not keep the coffee hot long enough. It works great and we are very pleased with our purchase.

Versatile with Limits

We like the selection of coffees available, though not all make a "strong" pot. We find the pot lid pops off, frequently. Our 20 OZ travel mugs don't fit under the machine. The only mug that fits the Keurig brand mug which is a little pricey. The singles are typically good cups of coffee, though we prefer the strength brewing to the smaller size cups. The controls are straightforward and very polite. Thanks Keuring for the free pods for this review.

Great single cup coffee machine.

I like to drink cappuccino or latte drinks a few times a week. Further, I like to try different flavors in addition to regular coffee. The Keurig 550 works great for me as I keep a few different types of coffee pods handy and can quickly and easily make a cup of my "flavor of the day" when I want to. Because I only drink a few cups a week and want to mix different flavors, it is inconvenient to have beans/powder for a regular coffee machine. The one cup pod works just great for me. The Keurig machine is easy to use and easy to clean. I use a hand held frother (available for less than $15) to make a latte at home. My only suggestion for improvement would be to allow for more control over brew strength (currently limited to 8oz, 6oz or 4oz) to fine tune the taste/strength to my liking. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

This Coffee Maker is easy to use and makes coffee is very little time love it and i would buy one again the only drawback is that not all stores have the 2.0 pods yet
