We received a Keurig 550 as a replacement for our older model from Keurig and promptly started to use it. We absolutely love our 550 and use it all the time. We only wish it would brew larger cups than the current large selection of 10 oz. The different color lights in the water tank is a nice night light feature in the kitchen. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

The 550 should come with a thermal carafe. The carafe that comes with it is useful only if you pour and drink immediately. I had to purchase the thermal carafe after buying the machine. I also bought a generic pod so that I could use my own better, tasting coffee. Other than that, I love it.

I love my Keurig K550. It makes my morning brighter. I only have 1 issue with it. It does not brew my Vue Latte Creators correctly.

We have had our Keurig almost two months now and love it. There is always a fresh cup of coffee seconds away. My wife and I drink different blends of coffee and the Keurig eliminates our need to have two separate drip coffee makers.

I had a Vue brewer and my wife likes some coffee that only comes in K-cup, this does it all. The best thing is I can brew the large travel size Vue pods as well as the carafe. I do have to run hot water through it every day to help keep it clean. We use this brewer every day. By the way the Keurig club is the best as is their customer service.
