I would like it if you didn't have to hold the button down to get just the hot water. the bigger water container is great and easy to fill. I am sold on the keurig.

Loved my k75 platinum!!! HATE THIS 2.0 550!!!!!!! This is a warranty replacement and I am seriously thinking of returning it. Does not fill coffee cup, coffee much to strong, very noisey.
Cons: Makes Terrible Coffee, Loud

Recently purchased and has been excellent. This is my 2nd keurig brewer and so far have had no issues with this brewer. Customer service has been top notch.

Disappointing as Requires Special Pods for Travel Cups

The box for the new K550 brewer claims hundreds of coffee choices, but the truth is it can't brew the large majority of 12 or 14 oz coffee sizes. To brew 12 or 14 oz who must buy "K-Mugs" that are not available in most stores, only comes in 8 coffee choices, of which only 1 is decaf. This is not made clear on any literature, certainly not on the box or web page. For example, if you want to make a 12 oz cup of Gevalia brand coffee, it is NOT possible. The display won't even show a 12 oz option for this brand of coffee, forcing you to brew a smaller size. You actually have far more choices with the older systems. My K550 brewer is going back. I'm highly dissatisfied and feel I was tricked. Roy

Hi Roy, we are sorry to hear about your experience. Aside from the K-MUG pods, VUE cups will also allow you to brew a cup of coffee in your Keurig 2.0 brewing system without having to brew a full carafe.

I just received my new Keurig 2.0 K550 and love, Love, LOVE it! Thank you for making a great idea (fresh coffee, one cup at a time, anytime, day or night) even better! I now how options of a carafe (k-carafe), travel mug (k-mug) or single cup (k-cup) of coffee. I will use all of these options in the course of a week! Way to GO!!! If I could make the water temperature hotter (and my wife, cooler) that would be perfection!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Large Pot, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Variety Of Brew Sizes
Cons: Noisy, No Temp Control

This machine is great. Every time I upgrade my Keurig machine I am always pleased with the results. The coffee is hot, and the machine is ready-to-go every morning. On the weekends, I use the carafe since I tend to drink more while reading the paper. Overall, I would recommend this machine to anyone. (My wife likes that it looks good on the counter.) This is a great brewer! I had been using a Platinum brewer of the previous version for about the last five years and it finally died. I loved that machine and was hesitant to switch to the new 2.0 machine. I just love this machine though! It is so stylish and looks great on the counter. It also fits great under the cabinet and no need to pull out to lift the handle like I had to with my previous brewer. I did have a funny after taste with the first few cups I brewed, but I ran several cycles through with plain water and that seems to have disipated. Overall this was a great purchase and I hope to get many years of use out of it just like my last one! Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review!
