Very Convenient

I like the convenience of making a quick cup of coffee. The one thing I don't like which is trivial really is the need for it to preheat after it has been in sleep mode. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Not a bad product, customer service is tedious

I used the K40 for the longest time and now upgraded to the K500 recently to get the carafe game going (guests can now have coffee on time!). The better half noticed that the coffee drip was not coming through the spout but from around the spout which led to sputtering and messes. Contacted customer service, after a tedious cleaning process and 3 calls later, they are sending me a replacement. My next review will talk more about the good things about the machine because I'm not a 100% satisfied yet. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Better Brewer

I purchased the 2.0 because my other keurig was very noisy. I knew that it would be from the reviews when I purchased that model but was tired of the pump failing on the platinum after purchasing two of them. I figured if I went to a commercial brewer it might last longer. I had no problems with my last brewer but it was extremely noisy so thought I would try the 2.0. After a couple weeks I have had no problems. As far as noise....I can hardly hear it run. The coffee pouring into the cup makes more noise than the brewer itself. I'll have to wait and see how long it lasts.

My husband was really opposed me buying this type of Brewer. I went ahead and purchased it anyway for him at Christmas time. He is in love with this brewer. He tells me almost everyday he doesn't know why he thought he wouldn't like it and now thinks it is the best thing invented to brew a fresh cup of hot coffee. It is really easy to use and the coffee taste terrific. My husbands favorite coffee is Krispy Creams Smooth Brew. He is addicted. Feels he could not live without it now. It is Stylish and it gives me instant hot water which is wonderful to make a quick cup of tea if I don't have the tea in the K-cups. The only design flaw that I would change would be to be able to use any kind of cups in the brewer. It does limit you to the 2.0 K cups. Otherwise I can say anything bad about this Brewer. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I only drink one cup of coffee a day and I like it to be good. This product meets my expectation. I like that I have a choice of strong or regular coffee. Also the cup size. I have only had it a few weeks so far very satisfied with the product.

We use the 550 everyday. The larger reservoir is a great feature. Bells and whistles are a bonus, but not needed, the 550 is just that great.
