I like this brewer but would change a couple things

I like the new Keurig it is very quiet compared to the other one I had ,and brews fast I like the lighting and I am able to set the time so that it is ready when I get up in the morning. The problem I have is we drink from a larger mug and have to brew a 8oz and then a 6oz to get a full cup. Wish we could brew the larger size like the other Keurig if so it would be a perfect pot. Thank you Keurig for the Free Pods for this Review

Love the multiple brew sizes and the ability to brew a carafe as well when you have guest over. Great Value with the use of my earned points as well. My grandson was excited as well as he claimed my old one. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Vast improvement from our old Keurig Elite

Our old Keurig Elite brewer lasted us 6 years. It finally started making noises and the coffee wasn't tasting as it should. So, we finally upgraded to the K550. The auto on/off feature is the best. Being able to wake up to an already warm Keurig and have coffee ready with one push of a button is great! The water tank is huge and I like that I am not filling it up as often. The only downside to this product that I have seen so far is the lift handle to open the brewer to place the K-Cup in seems a bit flimsy. The rest of the brewer seems to be well designed and built. I wish they included a better looking carafe for the top of the line model instead of the flat black, plastic one.

Cons: Flimsy Front Lift Handle

Hate My Keurig!

I have owned a Keurig for about 4 years now, Im on my 3rd one...I owned the older version and when that stopped working, we purchased a new one. Used it for about 6 months and then the Keurig 2.0 came out and we took the one we had to my husbands work and set up the new one in our home - BIG MISTAKE!! First, it will only take Keurig cups which is annoying, but I can get past that. But we've had nothing but problems since this machine came in the door with the functionality. The first machine, within a week, clogged up 3 times, I called customer service repeatedly and after the 3rd time, asked them to send me a new machine because I assumed this one was a "Lemon"...Well that wasn't the case, I understand from talking to many, this new version clogs up alot, little did I know when I kept this machine, that it would happen at least 2-3 times a week. Its so frustrating to go for a cup of coffee on my way out the door in the morning and it wont brew or either it drips for 10 minutes to end up with a half a cup of coffee. Im ready to throw this machine out and get another brand!!
Pros: Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is it worth it?

I like the new brewer, it heats up quickly, there is no lag time between brewing cups like in prior systems. I dislike how visually bulky it looks, my husband says its the same size but it doesnt look like it to me. The on and off button is much easier to access, but it requires you to hold it down to power it off/on. Having to use specific Keurig cups does not bother me, I only buy Keurig, shame on all those other companies trying to make a buck out of someone else's idea/concept and shame on all those who call Keurig greedy because they had an original idea they are trying to protect. Overall great coffee brewer, and yes I would recommend Keurig Brewers.

Cons: Visually Bulky

I use this product everyday. I could not use a box of Lipton Sweet tea I bought, even though it said Keurig brewed. I miss the larger cup sizes that I had with my previous model. Overall I like the new design, and that I can brew for more than one person with the pods.
