My brewer gets a good daily workout and has performed flawlessly. I just wish there were a way to automatically refill the reservoir with a direct water line. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Using my Keurig 2.0 each morning is the one thing I look forward to every single day. This is my first brewing system and I have no idea why I waited so long to try one! I even love selecting which K-Cup or K-Carafe Pod I will use that day... There are so many options that it never gets boring. It's actually fun! I like this maker. It works well and has many different brew sizes. The hot water dispenser is very nice as well. I only have one problem. I like my coffee very hot when it is made and this just doesn't quite do it. If I don't drink it immediately I find it gets cold. If I put it in a travel mug for a trip I end up putting it in a microwave for about 30 seconds. Overall, I am impressed an like this brewer alot.

This is the first Keurig I've owned, but used my sons while visiting, came home and bought my own. I like not having to brew a pot, when I want a quick cup in the afternoon, or using Instant! I have found nothing that wasn't great about it.

My new Keurig brews the perfect cup of coffee every time. It is fast and easy to use. I am pleased with this product in every way. I particularly like the feature that allows me to choose the strength of the brew. I get 16 ounces from each Kcup. I could not be more pleased with the customer service department.
