My new 2.0 K550 is awesome!

I use my new 550 everyday. Mostly in the mornings and the timing feature is awesome to wake up to a fresh brewed cup of coffee. Temperature is great as well, not too hot, and definitely not warm. It is very easy to use and set to fit my taste or someone else's. Not complicated at all. The new carafe feature is great for multiple cups of coffee and works just as well as a pod. I do wish I could use the My K-cup as well. Only downfall. Overall, a well rounded Keurig for a great cup of coffee EVERY time!

Could be better

I've been a Keurig user for 6 years and because I've enjoyed my experience so much, I decided to upgrade to this 2.0 machine. I'm still a Keurig fan, but this machine is not as good an upgrade as I had expected - just average. It's not as instant or user friendly as my earlier model was. Pros: nice looking machine, brews good coffee, quieter than older machines, hot water feature is handy, being able to brew a carafe is a nice feature but see con, ability to set favorite settings for carafe brewing is nice, Keurig offers replacement pods for any that you may have already on hand that do not work with the 2.0 if you call in, large water reservoir. Cons: auto-off/on doesn't always seem to work correctly, only 6 oz. of hot water at a time and have to hold button in for duration, not happy that the black plastic carafe doesn't keep coffee hot for any length of time - this top-of-the-line package should include the thermal carafe without extra cost, inability to set favorite settings for pod brewing, don't like that you cannot use any pods you want to like you could before, inability to use a "My K-cup" and it does not appear that one is going to be offered in the future, not enough coffee choices for K-Carafes. I do not understand the concept of taking away features such as use of any pods, MyKcup, one button brewing, that customers like and calling it an "upgrade?" Keurig could have / should have / done better. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

This product replaced an older model. So far we are very pleased with it. love that we can brew 4 cups with the carafe. only downside is the large size for a single cup is no longer available on this model. overall it's a great product. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

More hot water options

We use this Keurig every day (as we did our previous one). I wish this one had several hot water size options and that I didn't have to hold the button to get hot water. Overall, however, I like the machine and am glad I purchased it.

Cons: Hold Button For Hot Water, Only One Hot Water Size, Loud

I set the timer for the same time my alarm goes off, so when I head downstairs it's ready to go! It brews quick and I'm on with my day. I like the instant hot water feature, but do wish that it could do varying amounts. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

I use my Keurig every day. I find it simple and easy to use and it doesn't require much upkeep in the process. It brews fast and I love the fact I can make it regular or have the option to make it stronger. Only CON I have with it is I wish it came with more ounce sizes like 12,14,16 ounce choices to fill up water bottles with tea and or because most of my coffee mugs are around 12 ounces. Call it lazy but I rather not hit the brew button twice on 6 ounce if I'm going to make 12 ounce coffee. Other then that great machine for the money.
