THIS COFFEE MAKER IS ALMOST PERFECT. ITS A GOOD BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. iT EXCEDDED MY EXPECTIONS. I WOULD ONLY I JUST WITH THE CARFE KEPT THE COFFEE WARMER. I LIKE THE VERSATLITY OF BEING ABE TO BREW HOT WITH DIFFERNET SIZES AND DIFFERENT STRENTHS.

Thank you, Keurig, for the free pods for this review. This was an upgrade for me from an old K45. I used my Keurig points and was very pleased with the purchase and point redemption process. The new brewer is very stylish with many options to change colors of the light in the water tank, the screen wallpaper, and a nightlight option. For brewing standard K-cups, the new brewer seems a bit more restrictive on the size of cup that can be brewed compared to the older model brewers. The max size of 12oz. is frustrating when trying to fill a travel mug or to brew over ice as I was previously used to with the older model. The brewing process also seems to take about twice as long to make a cup as the previous model. Not a big deal, it is still fairly quick, but just something that is noticeable. I would like to see less restrictive options, and an easier way to set a favorites button that was truly a time/click saver. To use the favorites feature currently requires more clicks than if you just use the normal menu. I would recommend this brewer if you were looking to brew k-cups, carafe's and vue-cups, however I'm not sure it is any real improvement if you only use k-cups.

I must say this product is great I was very impressed with the ease of use and the great features. I'm a tech head and I love all the custom features you can use. It's great for on the go families or everyday hot beverage drinkers. The only con I can say I have going into this product was the restrictions it has on the type of k cups you can use and also the 10oz limitation on the non-pot options. Other than that this machine is top of the line. If you're looking for a coffee or hot beverage machine that is fast, easy and customizable this is the product for you. We've had the Keurig 2.0 K550 for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love the convenience. I can make a single cup of great coffee in seconds on my way out the door. The hardest part is deciding what flavor of great coffee to have each morning. I also love being able to quickly make a single cup of decaf in the evening after dinner or the kids able to make a cup of coco on their own. Great product with tons of options to fit anyone's lifestyle.

Great Product But Can't Do 12 oz Cup of Coffee

The product is on the right path. Being able to brew so many different coffees and teas is great. Manual should explain more on how to use the Vue cup. No mention in manual. The cup size is too limited.
