In 10 years, I had 2 Keurigs. I used to love them. This machine is annoying. I do not want to hold for hot water. The largest cup/mug setting is gone. Also, There is a bad plastic odor from the water tank. I had called service and it was replaced, but the odor is still there. Both vinegar and soap and water can't get rid of it. BRING BACK THE OLD SYSTEM.
Cons: Plastic Water Tank Odor, Limited Features, Hot Water Setting, Long Brew Time, Largest Cup Missing, Complicated Controls
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased one of these about a month ago and am very happy with the new brewer. I had an older model Keurig brewer and plain wore it out so had no issue with going back to Keurig. Would like to see a stronger brew for larger cup sizes - the Strong setting is just about right for an 8 oz cup, but would like to get a stronger brew for a 10 oz cup. Otherwise love the convenience and freshness. I recommend Keurig anyway, but . . . Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.
Pros: Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Easy to use

Recently replaced a first generation Keurig brewer with a Keurig 2.0 K500 Series brewer and the experience has been fantastic. We love the carafe brewing ability as well as the "hot water" feature for my wife to make her favorite teas. Would rate 4.5 stars if I could. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Slim design, awkward tank, noisier than old ones, & longer brew time.

Fairly slim design makes it good for limited spaces but not really small enough for condo or apartment. -Slimness is possible because of water tank behind the pot. -BUT, it is so awkward; it is half moon shaped and very awkward to reset. The width is very narrow so if you try to pour into it you will spill water. -Brews a just ok cup of coffee -No auto on/off, no karafe included. On our 3rd cup the machine got stuck in pre heat mode and that was the end of coffee making. Returning and not re-ordering. I have used keurigs since day one and much prefer the older brewers for taste and durability. I usually buy only keurig cups and also use my own grinds when I have time. I will be looking elsewhere in the future.
Cons: Limited Features, Long Brew Time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i love it it the best one yet it'my third one,it brews hotter then the other's but only brews a ten oz cup all the others do
