Good UPGRADE to my Platinum brewer. I like the carafe, night light colors, large reservior and the unique styling. Disappointing DOWNGRADE. Less avaialble brew sizes, no My-Kcup use, No temp settings, Only uses approved (read: paid the royalties) brands of coffee and have to hold button down for hot water and only dispensing 6oz at a time. Last but not least, where ARE your engineers? I had hoped by now they would have put some kind of retaining feature on the reservior lid. A simple plastic protrusion on either side would suffice. Am I the only one who fights with that lid coming off every other time I fill the tank?
Pros: Easy to use, Stylish, Large Pot
Cons: No 12oz Setting, Loose Fit Reservior Lid, Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

This Keurig was an upgrade of a 300...I wanted the lights! Unfortunately, it is a huge machine for what it does. The controls are hit and miss. The beverages are NOT very hot...and I hate lukewarm coffee. I do not like plastic carafes. Fingerprint cleaning is a constant. What a planned oversight (?) that they "haven't designed a basket to hold regular ground coffee yet". I'm very disappointed and am going to return this machine. I shall miss the lights and the different flavors, but give me my ground beans in the AM!
I love my french press and use it every day, but this is great for a quick cup of coffee. We have one at work, too- which is much used and holds up well. Keurig actually sent me the machine to try out. I was not a fan, but I am now a customer. They do need to have more options for the carafe. Very few coffee choices for that. It delivers on ease and no mess. I try to wait for sales on coffee product- it can be expensive compared to beans.
Pros: Brews quickly, Large Pot, Like the different sizes, Multiple Settings, The Carafe Is Key, Easy to use
Cons: Need More Coffee Options, A Piece Of The Facade Fel, One Piece Fell Off

old Keurig better

2.0 is quieter but liked old model better I could adjust water temp.. The 2.0 doesn't get hot enough for us, therefore doesn't stay hot in carafe either. Called Keurig about it. Doesn't fill std mugs. Most people do not use the std 6 or 8 oz cups. If filtered water is used why the extra filter? If I did not get this with club pts. would have taken back to store.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Carafe, Quieter
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, HARD TO CLEAN, 10 Oz Not Enough For Mug, Coffee not hot enough, Some Features Misleading

Hello there, Keurig has set the brew temperature to optimize taste. For K-Cup packs, the brew temperature is set at 193 degrees Fahrenheit. For Vue and K-Carafe packs, the brew temperature is set at 197 degrees Fahrenheit. These settings are the highest of any Keurig brewers. Also, The carafe included with our Keurig 2.0 brewers is a great solution for consumers looking to brew a four-cup carafe to share with friends and family or take on the road in a large travel mug. While the included carafe is not insulated, you can purchase an insulated Keurig 2.0 Thermal Carafe for $29.99

my wife and I have had a Keurig for years and decided to up date to the 2.0. What a disapointment, The old pods (marked Keurig) don't work, we get coffee grounds in our cup.

I am disappointed with the following "upgrades" to the 2.0: I have to stand at the brewer and hold a button to get hot water and it's only 6 oz. also, the travel mug setting is 10 oz which is less than the travel mug setting on my old brewer. Yes it's nice being able to brew a carafe, although it doesn't stay warm very long. Still haven't decided if I want to keep it or go back to my old one.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Stylish
Cons: Limited Features

Add New Features, But Takes Away Others... Sent Back!!

Very disappointed after opening. My previous Keurig allowed me to brew a full pot of hot water quickly. Now it only dispenses 6oz and you have to hold a button to do it. Keurig, im sorry but when you improve a product, do not take away older features that people love, just ADD TO THEM - you would think you would have this figured out by now. Now you have to waste countless dollars on returns and employee hours to process returns that should not have to be returned. This machine is brand new and I already hate it and have sent it back. At least you have done one good thing right in this case, and thats offer a 30 day money back guarantee.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Easy to clean, Stylish
Cons: Only Brews 6oz Hot Water, Removes Old Features
