I purchased my Keurig K550 2.0, at Kholes. The first one I purchased was defective, Kholes was great about exchanging the defective unit. Having used the new unit for about two weeks now, I can honestly say I am pleased. There are a lot of different settings to choose from, the 550 has a large reservoir and you can make a one or four cups of coffee. The previous version was/is definitely less complicated to use, simply makes great coffee and has great durability. However, if you want a variety of options and specialized brewing for other hot beverages such as tea and hot chocolate the Keurig K550 2.0 is the option to go with. Whether it's as durable as the previous model remains to be seen. So far my family and I are happy with our choice. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Perfect Keurig for us

We love this coffeemaker. We love the fact that we can program it to be ready to brew when we get up in the morning. It doesn't matter that you can only use the Keurig brand coffees because that's all we want to use. I like to use the 10 ounce cup of coffee and my husband likes it a little stronger, so he enjoys the ability to use 8 ounces. It also holds more water so we don't half to fill it up as often. This coffee maker is perfect for us.

Really a Superb product

I use my Keurig 2.0 at least 8 times a day. I have owned at least one Keurig coffee maker since 2009. The larger water reservoir makes brewing easier. My only recommendation is: please make a model that I can connect straight to my water supply, similar to the Bunn I previously owned.

This is our first Keurig Coffee Brewer. After having Keurig coffee at family and friends we decided to buy a Keurig 2.0 - 501. We only make one to two cups every morning for ourselves. My wife can have coffee the way she likes and I can have mine the way I like. With all the different brands to choose from, our friends can have fresh coffee the way they like. Good cup coffee. Fast and easy. We love it.

This brewer is just what I wanted and thanks to the rewards program was able to purchase a reasonable price. The brewer works well could have up to 12oz instead of just 10oz cup size. I like the large tank. Only problem is you have to use Keurig K Cups. It will not recognize ones not labeled which I have a lot of the Hot Chocolate that will not work. Other than that it works very well.
