When I purchased this item I was quiet pleased with the functionality and the adjustable setting. I'm in college and got this for my roommates and I. We mostly just use in the morning before school. This product has some pretty cool features and I would advise you to look at all the models so that you can get the best one that works for you. A few down sides to this model are that the coffee splatters a little because of the placement of the nozzle. Also before I even had a cup of coffee from the machine a piece of the water filter broke on me. That an easy fix though due to the warranty that you get when you register it. Keurig is also very good at responding to you on issues such as those. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

We purchased this to replace a Keurig Brewer that was about 4 years old and quit working. So far, we are very pleased with it. I do hope it lasts longer than the previous brewer. I am very pleased with the customer service we received when we were offered a couple boxes of new pods to replace older pods we could not use in this new 2.0 brewer. It's a great product to use, everyday or just once in a while. There's a separate setting for *fancy* drinks, which I use quite often. All K-cups fit, even from 3rd party distributors, however you need a white rim around the label for the Keurig to recognize it. I just cut off one from a used cup and place it on and everything works just fine! Thanks Keurig for the free pods for this review!

Amazing for college kids!!

I love the keurig, such an amazing machine for the price of it. I can make, coffee, teas, hot coco, and even hot Apple Cider! For someone who lives in Minnesota, that is pretty great. Once the water is all heated up the beverage making takes less then a minute. However it does take about 3-4 mins to heat up the water and even if you don't want to add a lot of water, the machine will ask you to add more water (just one of the down sides to this machine). It also takes a good chunk of the counter space, from the image online it looks fairly small however it was much bigger then i thought it was. Overall the keurig is an amazing machine and great for college kid who wants a hot drink to wake them up every morning. I would highly recommend it! Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

I had a Keurig that was very old and was making a lot of noise. Decided to get a new pot and tried this series. It makes a great cup of coffee. Very easy to operate. It is also very quite. Having various colors and wallpaper is a unique feature. Will always stay with Keurig.

We love our coffee, this maker gives us all we want in a brewer. We can make a cup at a time, various sizes, strength, flavors. Or if we need to use the carafe & make several cups at a time. We enjoy trying different coffee & flavors & we also can make tea or hot chocolate. This is a fabulous machine!
