So Easy to Use

We use this brewer every day. I program it the night before, so that our coffee is ready when we wake up the next morning. It is so easy to set up. I am also impressed that Keurig thought ahead and programmed this brewer for future sizes of carafes. Most companies would make you buy a new brewer. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review."

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

"Thanks Keurig for the free pods for this review," It's much appreciated as well as your great brewer.My wife uses K cups daily and I use the Vue pod for a stronger cup , as well we use the K carafe on weekends for a full pot to share. I would like to be able to set the heat / temp of the water.

I work third shift, so my Keurig is my best friend when I have to work. Being able to brew the perfect amount of coffee to fill my travel mug is awesome! I just wish the prices of K-cups weren't so expensive!

I only used my other Keurig for coffee and I loved it but my new 2.0 we are using it for tea, hot chocolate and other drinks. My whole family believes! Keurig, our cup of coffee!!

Use the machine everyday for all beverage types,so love it for the ease of changing drink types quickly. I enjoy having the options for different size drinks as well. So for the machine I'm quite satisfied. And for the customer service part I'm definitely happy. I had purchased my machine online and it shipped with a cracked water reservoir and within 5 minutes of being on the phone with a representative they already had a brand new part on the way. This is a great brewer. I love the hot water feature and the large water reservior. The carafe is a wonderful addition, plus it is very stylish. The only think i do not like is the fact you cannot brew an 11oz cup, on my previous brewer this was an option that i used daily
