Horrible "upgrade" from the old model

Could not be more disappointed with this model. We upgraded thinking that the new features would benefit us but this machine is not what was advertised. Our old Keurig (the elite or professional – can't remember) was a workhorse. Never had issues with it. This one is constantly getting clogged. This does not brew hot enough. In order to get hot water you have to stand and hold the button instead of pressing once and then walking away like on the old model (plus it does not come out clean like I was told it would - still have to flush it in order to get clean hot water). It is very loud. Wish we had just stuck with the old model which is now not available.
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, HARD TO CLEAN, Loud
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband and I use the Keurig every day for multiple cups of coffee. We really like the easy of making just one cup of coffee or tea or similar drink at a time. This is our third Keurig. The other two quit working. This one is the latest model but doesn't brew as large a cup as the other two "smaller" models.

Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

K550 is the BEST of all models

I purchased my Keurig K550 2.0 brewing system with two requirements in mind, convenience & exceptional taste. This product has delivered and exceeded my expectations. What makes the K550 stand out above all the other models, is it's Hot Water On Demand feature. No other Keurig 2.0 model enables you to dispense up to 6 ounces of hot water. The amount of water dispensed is determined on how long the start button is pressed. Here is how this excellent feature has made me a committed Keurig customer. First I start with making a 10oz cup of Starbucks-Pike Place (regular strength), then toss the pod. I then dispense hot water into the cup for 2-3 seconds, and give it a quick stir. By having the ability to add a small amount of fresh hot water, provides me with the perfect cup of coffee….and it also makes me very happy to see the increased amount of coffee in my cup! So with convenience and exceptional taste…you are also awarded with flexibility that YOU control. I am absolutely loving my Keurig K550! Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review!

Everyone can choose their own flavor, great for groups with different taste buds. When using the carafe run hot water into it and poor it out before brewing to get a hotter pot of coffee.

Loving my new Keurig 2.0

I originally got a Starbucks Verisimo and was very disappointed. My husband bought me a Keurig 2.0 as a replacement and I love it! I love that so many brands are compatible and how easy it is to use!!! The only little things that are a bummer is that it brews quite loud and always have to add water in coffee cup otherwise way too strong. But, the machine has a hot water button as well. So, it all works out.
Pros: Easy to use, Love The Lights, So Versatile, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Hot Every Time, Large Pot, Easy to clean, Durable
Cons: Every Cup Have To Add H2o, Louder Than I Want

Love my Keurig 2.0 as an upgrade from my Vue

Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for the review. Even without the free pods I would have written a positive review. As a user of the old vue system I think this is a great step up. I can even use most of my vue cups in this 2.0 as long as they have the markings. Would recommend this maker to anyone.
