Love this Brewer!

I purchased this unit after retiring an older model that stopped working. This brewer has a much larger water reservoir and there is room for a larger mug without removing the drip tray. My coffee gets me up and going and I can't wait for a pot to brew. The Keurig brews quickly and keeps the beverage very hot. My only concern is the pulsating sound at the beginning of the brewing cycle. I am also a little disappointed that I cannot use my old K-Cups nor any generic Cups, as usually I could get coffee shop coffee or supermarket coffee at a better price.
Pros: Easy to use, Durable, Easy to clean, Large Pot, Brews quickly

I purchased the Keurig K550 to replace to replace a two year old version of a Keurig Brewing System that is still in use within the family. My goal in purchasing this newer system was to have the ability to brew a small pot of coffee when friends visit. Single cup brewing quality and speed is outstanding. I have yet to test the pot and its features. Initial setup was simple and this models features and water capacity are a real plus. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review

over all, this coffee maker is better than expected , it makes good quality coffee AND look good while at it . everyone who has used it said it was easy to use , the only thing though , it that it is a little louder than expected . Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Keurig to the rescue

I love Iced Tea. I had no idea that one could make Iced Tea with a hot Keurig brewer until my friend told me she did it by adding ice to the cup before brewing. It's nice to have a fresh cup of iced tea instead of day or week old from the fridge. I'm sure to be using my new Keurig more often than not. Great product! And, thanks Keurig, for the free pods for this review. I would have provided a review with out the free pods, but it's a nice gesture that I know I will get use right away!

Love, love, love this machine. The new tool that cleans the top piercing port is great. Better than the paperclip I had to use to clean my original machine. I recommend this brewer to everyone. The convenience of the mug and carafe pods are great....wish they were in a larger quantity/box without a huge increase in cost! Thanks, Keurig.

Our New Keurig

I have been using Keurig coffee makes for years. They are easy to use, with minimal cleanup. All good things come to an end and I had to purchase a new machine. I purchased the K550. I opened the box from the bottom and couldn't find the directions. (My fault) Eventually I searched the box and found the directions. Not difficult to use, but I do miss the 12 oz cup choice. Yes I can do two 6 oz, but that takes me more time. All in all I love the machine.
