I had an older Keurig in the past and also the Cuisinart brewer. This one rocks. Quiet and much less of an eye sore that the Cuisinart. My only complaint is the nightlight setting. Doesn't seem to work right. There is always a light on in the reservoir no matter what. Can't get an additional night light to work.
Pros: Sleek And Quiet, Stylish, Easy to use

Sad to say, our five year old Keurig brewer recently failed. I had many memories using this brewer at my work office before I retired this year. Anyway I called Keurig's customer service desk and my old brewer was beyond repair with its technical issue. The Keurig help desk folks were courteous and professional and aided me in getting a replacement sent out to me. I choose the 2.0 K550 Brewing System, got free shipping and received it the next day...unbelievable! My spouse & I are 2 cup a day morning coffee drinkers and we love this new machine. However, the old Keurig re-useable coffee adapter do not work on this new brewer. Keurig customer service told me up they are working on designing a coffee adapter for the 2.0 brewers. The only other minor issue was you cannot change the temperature of the water. Had this feature on the old brewer, but never really used it anyway, so no big deal. The new brewer design is very 'cool' looking and one can even change the color of the LED lights and customize the night light & wallpaper. Best features you can brew a cup or a carafe of coffee and adjust the strength of your coffee.

After adding cold milk/creamer to your cup, you may have to reheat the coffee, if you like it hot. Hint: Double use the same pod, if a single use is too strong for your taste. Note: Use the carafe, to experiment with the above hint, (i.e. Combination of ounces per each use of same pod, for desired total ounces).
