At first I was disappointed that my old Kcup pods would not work with my new K550. I only purchased a new one because my faithful old one died after many years of great use. Keurig customer service was great when I contacted them regarding the issue. I am happy with the machine. The carafe is useful and great functionality. I originally had a Keurig Vue and decided to upgrade to the new Keurig 2.0. I love that I now have so many more options with the K-Cups. However, I liked that I had no restrictions with the brew amount with the Vue and the 2.0 I can only go up to 10oz. I use the 2.0 everyday and sometimes multiple times a day. I also like that I can change the light color. I am very glad I chose this machine. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.
