Absolutely love this brewer!

My previous model started to kick the bucket after a good solid 5 years of use so I decided it was time to upgrade. Not only does it include the carafe (which is great for making a giant cup of iced coffee for hot summer mornings) but it's super quiet so I don't have to wake everyone up. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for the options of single or multiple brew. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review!

Poor Design

Makes a good cup of coffee. When the water is low you are unable to shut the unit off until you add water. A waste of water and very poor design. The clock also has problems keeping the correct time and has to be reset frequently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recently updated from our former Keurig brewing system (which we have had for 5 years) to the new Keurig 2.0 Model 550. I cannot say enough great things about this coffee maker!! We love the fact that we can now make cups, mugs and carafes of coffee with the touch of a button. We also enjoy the "strong" brewing feature. We have 3 coffee drinkers using this system every morning, and we each think that this is the best brewing system currently on the market. :-)
