I have Keurig brewers both at my office and my home. I really appreciate the ease and speed of the Keurig System. I enjoy that I can have a consistent cup of coffee or tea every time. I also enjoy being able to switch flavors and the huge options to choose from.

My only disappointment is that that the 2.0 can use only the pods and not the generic insert for simple ground offee
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use, Easy to clean
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Great news, we’ve heard consumers’ requests and we are actively working on technology advancements to ensure we have a My K-Cup® reusable filter solution that will be compatible with Keurig 2.0 technology. Love This Machine

I held off getting one of these machines for a lot of reasons, the most important being taste, but after trying several other brands, we chose this one because of the options it has..I am able to make my cup just like I like it while my husband can choose his. This is such a great feature. It is quite, fast and no mess! What a relief!!

Replacement of older machine

We sadly had to replace our very old and much used keurig since it constantly needed to be descaled :( My husband and I drink several large cups everyday. We love the new machine but have several issues. We find the water container slightly narrower and harder to fill with water without spilling some over. It is a little loud brewing. I wish it had a favorite button for cups. It has one for the carafe. The older machine kept the size I liked but this one doesn't. I also don't like how to get hot water. I don't understand why we have to hold the button down to dispense the water and why it only goes up to 6 oz. I like that the coffee comes out faster and overall my husband and I are very pleased with the machine.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Loud

I would love to have a Keurig with a water connection instead of storage. Love the variety of coffee, tea, and other drinks. The cost of the K-cups is a bit high. Thanks Keurig, for the free pods for this review

Great brewing system-My second Keurig machine!

I recently purchased a Keurig K550 2.0 Brewing System. Previously I owned the Keurig Platinum. After using it quite extensively for 1 and a half years it gave out. They no longer made that model so I purchased this one. So far I like it, except for the fact that I can only brew up to a 10 oz mug of coffee. Anymore and I have to brew twice, i.e., two 6 oz mugs. I use it a few times a day and love the varieties of coffee pods available. Thanks Keurig for the free pods for this review.
