It's a nice brewer. I like being able to brew it "strong". I like the option of 1 cup or a carafe. The nightlite is a nice touch. Don't like the fact that it only brews 6 oz of hot water at a time, or that the reheat cycle comes on so frequently, there's no 12 oz cup size .

I love having my Keurig coffee everyday. It is So easy to get a cup and get on with my day. One thing I would like better on my K550 would be that the clock display would remain on while machine is off.

Just upgraded from a very basic version of the 2.0 that we purchased through a TV offer for early adopters. We really like the up-scale appearance of the 550 and it seems to run quieter than the previous brewer. I really like the ability to change the color of the light in the water tank - nice nightlight effect in the kitchen.

I like everything about keurig I use it everyday.Its easy and always ready when I want to use it. My only complaint is the clock it's only displayed when the brewer is on I would like it to be displayed all the time.
