Life Saving System!

This brewing system is a life saver for the beginning of the da, middle of the day, and end of the day pick me up. The system works great and keeps my coffee hot and fresh. The multiple settings allow me to customize the look of the background and water reservoir. This brewing system has many more features than a traditional coffee brewing system. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

A great product; some minor problems but always perfect off

I have experienced some minor problems i.e.; The internal time start clock did not work properly. The cleaning solution needs lots of rinsing out to remove taste. Needles would plug up with coffee grounds. However the Keurig personnel were always very helpful in resolving or correcting all issues.

I'm happy with most of the improvements; especially the ability to make a stronger cup of coffee, and the abiltity to have the machine turn on/off at pre-specified intervals. The only issue I've had is with the filter; which broke on the very first day I used it. I owned a Keurig b60 prior to this one, and the filter is still in great shape. It seems, to me, that the filter for this machine is somewhat cheaper/more fragil. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

Love the new features

After brewing 10 to 12 cups every day for a year and a half my first Keurig stopped working. I am enjoying the new features of this model especially the carafe and the larger water reservoir, but the feature I like best is the strong brew option. I can have a larger cup of coffee without sacrificing the taste I prefer.

New to Keurig...love it!

My husband and I drink coffee everyday, but we don't always have time to brew a pot in the mornings before we leave for work. Our new Keurig has solved that problem. This Keurig brews quickly and allows us to choose the cup size. We also like the carafe feature for the weekends. We've only had the Keurig for a couple of days so I can't advise any negatives other than the machine is a little loud when it brews. My husband and I are working our way through the different flavors and options to find our favorites. Our kids are really excited about the hot chocolate k-cups.

Very poor kachine

I purchased this brewer for my husband for Father's Day. It didn't even last a month. It seems to consider a cup of coffee about two ounces at best. Don't waste your money on this. We always use a conventional drip coffee maker for our morning coffee and this is for between use so not used heavily.

I absolutely LOVE this brewer! I purchased this to replace an older version Keurig brewer and this one is by far superior. The carafe is my favorite part. I set the timer every night before bed and I wake up every morning to a fresh, great tasting carafe of coffee. Also, it's so convenient to be able to offer coffee to guests and to brew a quick 4-5 cup carafe for all at once rather than 1 cup at a time. The option to make my coffee 'strong' is another feature that I love. I've used this brewer for about a month now and I have to say that I am in love with it! :)
