This is my first time using a Keurig machine and I love it. It has been a little less than a month and I had no problems with the machine. I love this brewer. Easy to use and so many options and so many option of coffee to use. LOVE IT!!!! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review."

Our Vue brewer broke down (under warrantee)and Keurig sent a 2.0 K550 replacement. We use this brewer with Vue cups and love the brew options and coffee quality. This is a great upgrade from our original Vue brewer.

I have my coffee every morning (at least two cups or more)! I have had compliments on its style and also its performance. My friends are all impressed and so am I... I really can't think of anything that's not so great about this model. This is sincere review...5 stars and lovin' it! I would recommend it highly, even if I weren't getting free coffee for this review..

Started off BAD ended very well

Four days into the use of the machine it clogged. I have owned many of these machines and this was a first. I was very frustrated until I call the help line and the person instructed me on how to clean. Love this new machine. Works great! Not happy with the carafe, I was expecting more. Brews to small a portion and get cold fast.

Great Brewer for Home or Office

Bought the K550 2.0 system to replace my old first generation brewer that finally quit working, and I really love it. The touch screen is very responsive and it is easy to use and the carafe is very handy. The large reservoir is nice too so that you don't have to refill it every 2-3 cups. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that I had some genuine K-cups not work with it because they had the older foil so that the sensor would not recognize it. I understand why they use the sensor, but at the same time it is a pain because I also cannot use my Keurig filter cup for regular fresh ground coffee in this brewer. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review."

Ordered my new machine from this website and received it a lot quicker than expected. It was packaged well and super easy to set up following the instructions that were enclosed with the brewer. After a quick cleaning cycle, I set up the clock, timer, wallpaper (which is so cool) and the tank/night light! It's super easy to change the lighting and wallpaper to set your mood and I like to do it to match my coffee mug! Once I stopped playing with these cool features, I was ready to brew a cup of coffee! I dropped a regular sized K-Cup pod into the holder, closed the lid and was really happy to see that I could make a STRONGER cup of coffee from ANY k-cup I wanted! I have to have a strong cup of coffee so this is a real bonus for me. I pushed the strong button, and adjusted the cup size to 10 oz. on the digital screen, then I pushed the start button. It takes a little longer to make a stronger cup opposed to a regular strength cup of coffee but it's not a bad thing. I've yet to make a carafe of coffee but I imagine I will do so in the near future with the free k-mugs that came with the machine. Over all, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone considering upgrading or getting a top of the line Keurig.
