Bought cheap k-cup system NOT Keurig after my last 3 Keurig did not last one year. BEST off-brand purchase in years!

Doesn't work with all K-cups

Only works with official Keurig DRM K-cups. Doesn't work with our costco cups. Taking it back.

I received the keurig 2.0 to review from influenster, and I already owned the k65 so I thought how different could this model be, well I was wrong, there's a big difference. It was very easy to set up, which I loved and it fit perfectly on my limited counter space. Here's how it's a huge step up from my previous keurig first and foremost It has the carafe feature which is perfect for mornings when hubby and I both want a cup at the same time. It has a very generous water tank, no more constantly refilling. Like previous versions you can choose different cup sizes, but on this model you can choose strength of your coffee. I also like how it's customizable, you can change the wallpaper and nightlight color. Unfortunately there is a few cons about this machine, unfortunately you can't use my kcup, and you have to use registered kcups. Also I have had a hard time finding kcarafe cups, hopefully once this machine gains popularity it won't be an issue.
Pros: Smooth Taste, Carafe, Nightlight, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor

green mountain is creating this so they can bully their customers in to buying k-cup they may or may not want, any store brand, non national brand kcups will not work in this. also those who like to brew their own using the my k-cup or similar devices will not be able to do so. so why pay $200 for a brewer thats going to breakdown after a year. for me they need to offer a 3 year extended warranty option on this for me to really appreciate this device.

I was so excited when I first saw this coffee maker. Imagine my dismay to find it has a scanner that limits my choices to Keurig, ie. Green Mountain owned K Cups! Very disappointed in this! Hopefully other K Cup style manufacturers will find a way around this. I have a ton of K Cups bought before July 2014...sure not going to toss those just to use this coffee maker.

Functional,Features,Best Of 3 Worlds

In my opinion this is the best purchase I have made in a single pod coffee maker. I had thoughts of buying the Vue because I loved the features and customizing one could do but I also wanted to use K-Cups and what about when I have company? Then I heard this one was coming out,so started researching & decided upon the K500 Series. I hurried out to Costco bought the 2.0 K560 once they released. I realize the machine isn't for everyone,but just because you don't like it don't buck it. That in NO way make this a bad machine. I am so tired of the bad reviews that have nothing to do with the operation of the machine or it's features. I know I can't be the only one. I bought this K560 for it's 80oz. water reservoir, it's versatility of using K-Cups, Vue Packs and Carafe Packs,the fact that I can make a small pot if I want,or and have my lattes. If you are undecided please don't let things that have nothing to do with the machine hold you back. Most of what's said you can't do, you can so do with the 2.0, like you can't brew a travel size cup..yes you can if you change your number over to 3 or so. See the many options this machine has to offer us. Don't be afraid of a little exploration and research, google it. Keurig has provided you with everything you need to use this machine and enjoy your coffees,teas, or whatever you have. After all if we continue to drink we will have to buy new coffee at some point right? I believe you will find you will love this machine too. I can't wait to see the future brew releases for us, I think if Keurig does it right this machine can do lots of good things...Happy Brewing !!!!!!!!

I like the large pot option for multiple cups and also the night light on it is fun.
Pros: Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Easy to clean, Stylish, Easy to use

This unit is by far the worst Keurig i owned . I don't know what they were thinking. Have to clean out needle with a plastic cup they supply. Coffee grinds in coffee. noise wakes everyone else up. I'm not a happy camper may look to someone else's maker. This puppy's going back!!!!!!!!!!!
