I LOVE this machine! It is quieter than my others. I love that you can use K-Cup and VUE and the Carafe (get the insulated pot...Keeps it warmer and more attractive). The coffee is delicious as always. For those complaining about old kcups...GET CREATIVE (I know Keurig doesn't want to hear this) but peel off a new label and tape it to the old cups. It'll work until you get through your backstock (or call them and they'll replace some). For those who can't find coffee from hundreds of choices and MUST grind their own...stick with the older machines (they aren't forcing you to switch). AND Why shouldn't Keurig control who makes the pods and get a cut? It is their invention! LOVE THIS MACHINE!
Pros: Quieter, Flexible, Attractive
Cons: Can't Grind Your Own
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why only accept Keurig specific K-cups?

Just received the K550 and it is handsome with great features such as variable settings for cup size and strength. However, it is infuriating that the K2.0 brewers will not accept brew cups other than Keurig brand with special lids. I can no longer utilize the reusable cups or coffee brands other than Keurig endorsed, and now there will be a significant price increase in Keurig coffee!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish

I received this product for review through Influenster, all opinions are my own. I really enjoy having a pot of coffee instead of a cup. This is a great upgrade from my prior Keurig mini. I do not care much for the fact that I can't use the old kcups nor can I use the refill cups. I do find this to be a huge negative for the cost of this machine.
Pros: Large Pot, Brews quickly, Easy to clean, Easy to use, Durable, Stylish
This product is extremely upsetting to me. I have over 20 different boxes of kcups that I have purchased from Keurig.com and they cannot be used with the new brewer. My choices are to either: *Continue to use the 'old' brewer so I can use all the previously purchased boxes of product, and leave this one in a closet; *Use the new brewer and ditch all the old product; or... *Use them both???? All seems like a ridiculous waste to me.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Large Pot
Cons: Can't Use Other Kcups
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love hate relationship

I had another Keurig and wanted a new one since I had left the other at my brothers house when I moved out of state. I bought the K560 and have been very disappointed that it will not brew my favorite cappucino unless I pour the powder in the cup and hold the button down several times to get the amount of water I need to fix one cup!! I hate the fact that you have to buy only the Keurig brand or use other brands this way. Keurig is the most expensive brand so I am unable to buy on a continuous basis so therefore it is easier to use a regular coffee pot and only make the smallest amount at one time.
Pros: Brews quickly, Stylish
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Complicated Controls, Limited Features
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BAD BAD BAD

I used it a few times to get hot water and have to hold the button the entire time for that. Then it only releases 6 oz and then you have to let it rewarm again so you can hold it again for 6 more miserable ounces. SO NOT worth the money. Most expensive and trouble making hot water I have ever seen.
Cons: Limited Features, Won't Take Standard K-cup, Hold Button To Get 6 Oz, Complicated Controls, No Clock, Loud

Not a good machine. Limited cups sizes, can't use own ground coffee, temp not hot at all. only 6 oz of water at a time for hot water feature. Just all round lousy machine. My Vue broke and they sent me the 2.0 as a replacement. Want my Vue back. With the hi cost of cups and poor features on this new machine I am going back to my old coffee maker. Bye Keurig.
Cons: Not Hot At All, No Way To Elevate Cups, Limited Cup Sizes, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Limited Features
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst upgrade ever - Shame on you Keurig

I bought this because we needed a machine that would serve coffee drinkers and tea drinkers just wanting hot water on demand. The flexibility to brew a small pot sounded nice, so I went for it. I could not regret it more - worst choice I could have made. None of the pods are usable that I have left from my old Keurig machine dying (had three die in as many years, why do I keep coming back?) The new pods are the same size, but the corporate thugs decided you shouldn't be allowed to use anything but THEIR k-cups with the special language (that the machine has a scanner to look for). Funny - mine have the keurig seal on the box, purchased directly from the Green Mountain website - in bulk - but they just don't have the fancy language the scanner is looking for. Made me mad enough that I refuse to use this machine and returned it on principle. If I had kept it, the 10 oz limit on cup size probably would have annoyed me enough to return it as well. As for tea drinkers, annoyed them too. The new design requires a person hold down the brew button on the hot water setting and the dispense volume is limited to 6 oz (not that the machine will be consistent in actually giving a full 6 oz). This totally defeats the purpose of the machine - I want to be able to push a button and come back, not babysit! This iteration is full of horrible design flaws and is a ridiculous misstep on the part of the company.
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Limited Features, Loud, Long Brew Time
