Bose SoundLink Home Speakers - An Excellent Choice

After trying and returning Bang & Olufsen Beosound A1 Bluetooth speakers, I purchased the Bose SoundLink Home Bluetooth Speaker. I could not be more happy with my decision. The SoundLink Home speakers are perfect for my home office/study with exactly the high sound performance expected. Crisp highs, great and not overpowering lows.

Great open concept room sound solution

A good solution for TV audio in our open concept living space. Rather than a sound bar located near the TV across the large room we placed two Bose SoundLinks where we sit. Much improved audio without the large room sound degradation. I don't need to use closed caption now because voice audio is clear.

Great but needs charging clarification

Of course, they sound great and the stereo feature works great. I bought a pair and enjoy the sound and quality Bose is so well known for. My only complaint is they recommend a power supply of 2.5 to 7.5 watts but do not include or sell one. I’m in the U.S. and all of the chargers I’ve seen are not rated in watts, but are rated by volts/amps. I’m concerned I might damage my speaker batteries, and thus my speakers, in the long run. No small investment to have to worry about maintenance.
