Good piece of engineering and design. Fits the eclectic design criteria of the Bauhaus except for the stealth color; a nod to modern 'dark' design preferences.

I loved the kettle for the first three weeks: quick to heat, the temperature adjustment was handy, easy pour, beautiful on the counter. But then it stopped heating, although all the other electronic indicators continued to work. I have reached out to customer service and hopefully a replacement will soon be on the way. I am rating it a “2” in hopes that my kettle was a fluke, otherwise it would be a five-star item.

Love it. Took the opportunity to upgrade to the walnut handle when replacing my goose neck for a faster pour spout. The tactile quality of the wooden handle is a joy to use as well as beautiful made.

It is pretty disappointed

I really like the design but they poorly manufactured surfaces. The paper tag was stacked in the root of handle. I tried to remove it by scratching it with soft pin but the paper still persist and the surface coating is removed. Wish they could have replace my product.

I love everything about it except that getting it started and stopped is really fiddly. I often have to unplug and plug it back in.

The kettle works great, and looks beautiful next to my Nespresso machine. The wooden accents are a nice touch. Makes enough water for two people.
