Heats well issue with lid

The kettle heats up quickly which is a plus. The minus is that the lit quickly stopped fitting as the gasket kept coming loose. Fellow doesn’t have a replacement lid for me but is sending me a new gasket. If that works to make the lid function as it should I will give the product a 5.
I would recommend this to a friend!

missing bumper causing kettle to wobble

I bought this and it is missing a bumper on the bottom of the kettle. I submitted a request 10 days ago about this and still have yet to hear back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An excellent upgrade

Bought this as a gift for my partner, he’s an avid tea drinker. It is quite the upgrade to our past electric kettle!! The design is gorgeous and it feels great in your hand. The timer and other options are wonderful. We had no issues with the lid being too hot for refilling. Overall it’s terrific. And makes us happy every time we use it!
