I bought my Immersion Blender a month ago and I can't say enough about this powerful unit. It is easy to use and cleanup is a breeze! This is ONE appliance I use daily from smoothies to soups and so much more - it happens to be my Best Friend in the kitchen!

I bought my Vitamix immersion blender in The beginning of January, and I love it. It makes live in the kitchen so much easier!
The only thing that I am disappointed in, is that it is made in China.
I own a Vitamix blender, and the reason for buying it was that it is made in the USA.
I assumed the same for the immersion blender.
I will definitely think again if I want to buy a vitamix product again.

We’ve been impressed with the options that have opened up to us. We can now easily turn chunky sauce smooth. We can thicken hot soup in the pan. We can even turn fruit preserves into spread so toast gets a nice even coating of lusciousness. There is plenty of power at hand. And cleaning is simple. Our only disappointment is that Vitamix hasn’t been able to find a way to completely make this awesome device in the US.

I purchased a Vitamix immersion blender even though I already HAD an immersion blender. I bought the Vitamix specifically to make curry paste but, smoothies were a close second and, I was sure it would also handle the dressing duties of my previous model. I was impressed with the one-handed operation, and build quality was par excellence
