Strong motor, but motor smoked and uneven

Although the location of the control buttons make using this awkward, the motor ran well for two years. Then it had intermittent issues and now after the warranty expired, the motor runs unevenly and smells like something is burning inside the unit.

Easy to handle and use, power chord doesn't flop around because it is heavy like the main unit. The button controls are large and have a professional grade feel. Well worth it for approx. 3 times cost of the box store deal it replaces.

Best Stick Blender money can buy! This thing has almost as much torque and power as my fullsize Vitamix does but it's almost fully quiet. It's powerful enough to make a nice smoothie no problem even with kale or berries in it I'm simply blown away!
