I love the vitamin immersion blender. I’ve owned it for about two months now. It’s quick and easy to use. No great mess to clean up. I use it during food prep for someone who needs soft foods but not unrecognizable mush. If I need to take the food to a mush state it does that too.
Pros: Speed of Service, Durability, Easy to use, Versatility, Power
We love it. It replaced a much cheaper immersion blender, the difference is very evident.
Pros: It's heavy (in a good way) compared to the cheaper one we had before that was mostly a plastic body / it feels great and very sturdy. It's way more powerful than our previous stick blender.
Cons: I wish the end wasn't plastic coated, as all plastic releases toxins when heated up, and i really don't want plastic byproduct in my soups! That being said everything else is perfect.
Pros: Speed of Service, Durability, Easy to use, Power
Love my Immersion Blender. The only thing I would change is the size of the immersion part as it will not fit in a glass or my smoothie glass. To make a quick smoothie I have to put everything into a jar and then pour into the glass, other than that it is great for quick blending.
The Immersion Blender works great! I love the way it blends dressings and soups to a smooth consistency. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get an efficient, well made blender. It is worth the cost.
