As a long-time Vitamix user, I was intrigued by this new product. And I am delighted by it. Easy to handle, even by this 73 yo! I was a little worried that it would be too tall, and heavy, but it isn't. I splurged and bought the whisk attachment, too. It is great, and has allowed me to get rid of my old handheld mixer. It is easy to snap on, off, and clean.

This thing is the bomb. I waited way too long to make this purchase. It is super powerful and easy to clean. I also got the small mixing bowl with blades that I attach the motor to and it works like a charm. If you are in the fence and balking at the price, let me tell you it is worth every penny!!!!

I 've had a feeding tube for & years this time (I'm 76 now) and a few years ago I started liquifying people food and went from 106 lbs to t25 lbs, saved my life and gave me some ordinary life back. While it has only been a short while since purchasing (after time reviewing many) I am in awe of my Vitamix immersion blender. I made fresh jalapeño hot sauce smooth in under three minutes, blended soups to perfection, and for silky fresh dressings. Hubby used to make golden milk and was very happy with the short work it made of the drink. I just wish I would have made the purchase long ago.
