Quicker And Easier Food Prep And Clean-Up

I'm loving this immersion blender. It's so much easier for me to blend thicker foods now that I can do it with the immersion blender and I don't have to scrape around the blades in the blender container. I can blend right in the container that I'm going to eat from or store the food in, so there's less mess to clean up after. Cleaning the immersion blender is so quick and easy too. It fits right into my 1 cup measuring cup, so I usually just fill it up with soap and water and turn on my blender right in there to get it clean.
So far I've used this blender to make tahini, waffle batter, and sorbet. The blender does fine at breaking down frozen fruits, but I've found that it's much quicker and works better to blend the fruit before freezing, and then put it in the freezer after blending. The sorbet gets blended more smoothly and it takes a lot less time than it does blending frozen fruit. It's made my food prep become even easier, and I'm definitely happy with this purchase.

Always on the go I purchased this hand blender for quick drinks. I absolutely love it and it is so easy to use and clean and space efficient. It has served the purpose I bought it for very well and is my quick go to blender for drinks, smoothies and juices for me and my family.

We've been using the Immersion Blender for a few months now and I am really happy with it. It's easy to clean, not too loud, and I especially like the adjustable speed feature. The speed feature helps to reduce splatter, and I don't worry about hot soup spraying out of the pot. I am hoping to have it in my kitchen for years to come, as our last immersion blender (by another company) stopped working after only 3 years. We splurged on a Vitamix primarily for durability and quality, and have grown tired of appliances with short shelf lives.

This thing is a BEAST. I love it. I specifically chose it because of the protective covering over the shroud around the blade because I don't want to scratch my pots. But what a performer it is! I use an immersion blender a lot. Love how it starts out slow no matter what speed it's set on so as not to splatter. Handles anything. I LOVE it!!!

Looks great and the wattage is powerful. However, I had to return it due to learning about its materiality at the bottom of the bell which is not stainless steel. I believe it's something similar to nylon glass fiber (after inquiring w/ customer service, which was friendly and helpful). I didn't want to risk melting that material when I cook, so I had to return it. Other than that, it's a beautiful design.

I received my immersion blender a week or so ago. I have used it multiple times a day since then. I mix my protein drinks, smoothies and sauces with it. It's so easy to use and the power is excellent. In just a minute or two, whatever I'm making is as smooth as silk. I love the optional speeds. There is no better brand on this earth than VITAMIX.
