So glad I found this. I use it once to twice a day. I’ve tried it for smoothie, shakes, all types of creams (soups), purées. The texture is consistant, smooth and perfect. Easy to use and to clean too. My mom borrowed it once as she was making a cream of brocoli and now she wants one too !

When I don’t feel like taking out my heavy and bulky vitamix blender, I use this instead. It’s so powerful and convenient. Easy to wash, and it does not scratch my dishes. Im so happy I got this.

I've had my Immersion Blender for a couple of months now and I absolutely love it. I bought it primarily for smoothies and to cream soups. And it does a fantastic job. It quite sturdy and I love that I can separate the blade stem for washing. Another great product from Vitamix!!!
