I researched many hand immersions and read lots of reviews and ordered the Vitamix hand immersion and can not explain on how excellent and powerful this little machine is. I am so fascinated by it, that I tend to use it more often than my regular blender.

I have the blender, which tapped out after 7 years and was promptly repaired by the company and so far this immersion blender seems to have the same commitment to high quality workmanship as all the other vitamix products.
