Disappointed, so far

I have used my new Vitamix immersion blender three times and find that I like the Nutribullet better for smoothie (Chops the kale finer), and food processor (an old Little Oscar) do a better job with hummus. I have used my Cuisinart for several years until it recently seized up. Maybe the new immersion blender will do a better job with soups.

I've had 3 immersion blenders in my life. Each one needed different cleaning. Would like to see how the VM immersion blender comes apart or not, for cleaning.
I really disliked the cord..it got in the way and made blending and cleaning process messier. I would rather put the money towards a newer model vitamix..or just be happy with what I have already.

Easy to use

I love the handheld products, I still have my immersion blender from 2012. I love not having something huge and bulky on the counter and all the attachments make it easy to blend, chop and puree!
I found this to be a little on the heavy side and it splatters when using in my 8qt pot and it did not blend the soup to a creamy texture such as the vitamix does. Was hoping to use it to blend my natural peanut butter, but could not immerse deep enough since the jar is pretty full.
