Extremely quiet and great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and it is amazing. Cools my entire living room down within 10 minutes and it is the most quiet air conditioner I have ever owned. I can also turn it on when I am not home which is a huge plus when having animals

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this air conditioner and installed the unit in a snap. I replaced my very loud Lg unit with this one. The new one is very quiet. I do have to say that the air flow from the new one is far less than the old Lg, however the new Frigidaire cooled the two rooms with ease. The Frigidaire is designed to cool 350 square feet so be sure that you plan to buy more than one if you are cooling multiple zones. I would recommend using this unit for a large room or two smaller rooms with a common open area between the two rooms such as a open doorway.

VERY Quiet, but...

I’ve had this AC for a few weeks. I purchased it for the WiFi capabilities and the decibel rating. It is very quiet, as compared to other models. Unfortunately, the app rarely works and defeats the purpose of having the WiFi. I feel cheated in that regard. Also, I have been unable to reduce the humidity the way I’ve been able to with other units. I have it on auto mode, as suggested, and though the compressor is on more than off, the humidity doesn’t drop much. I’m wondering if I need to have the water plug removed from the bottom to reduce the humidity. I’m extremely frustrated!
