Quiet for some, less for others

We are very happy with our purchase.
It cools the intended master bedroom area very well.
We find it be very quiet.
However, I can understand why some feel it is noisy. In energy saver mode it does go through different cycles - full cool, fan only and off. And it does make kind of swishy noises when it cycles. It doesn't bother us and it's generally very quiet, but I can understand why some customers might not like the cycling noises and find it bothersome

Quiet and clean looks

Love the silence

Does a great job of quickly cooling my living room, plus the silence is a game changer for me. Never going back to the loud old units. Plus the added WiFi control makes it easy to cool the area before getting home and then there's the added bonus to prank your love ones remotely :P

Makes a noise with low fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can hear a noise on the loaf and it trying to splash the water around on the inside I believe if you put the fan on high speed it'll take it away but when you go back to low I think the water accumulates and you can hear it splashing around I have an 8000 BTU a 6000 BTU and they both do it other than that I love the unit

Great unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this unit as a warranty replacement and it's great. The app is okay but integration with Alexa makes it really great. PLEASE ADD TO APPLE HOMEKIT!! The unit has definitely gotten louder after running for 2-3 weeks but it's still very effective.

Very Nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 4th AC and by far this is the coolest and quietest model we have even surpassing a 12k BTU model we had.....the only issue we have is with the app. It seem to crash a lot, but just close it before leaving it and it seems to do okay.
