So QUIET

It is without a doubt the quietest window air conditioner I have ever had. I set this unit 3 degrees higher than my last two units and achieve the same comfort level. The auto feature works great as well. Overall, a great purchase!

Soooo Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided on this model because the decibel rating was significantly lower and with the unit near my head, that was a big factor. Never imagined it would be this quiet! Very happy! Installation was easy. The smart home app is a bit clunky, good use some strong improvement there but it is still very useable.
