[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quietest AC I’ve ever encountered. I use it more than the model it replaced as it is so much less disruptive. The unit is larger and heavier than the typical 6000BTU AC.

Very quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one of these a month ago for my daughter's room. Liked it so much that I bought 2 more for our two other rooms. These air conditioners are very quiet and cools down the room really well. Comes with a remote that's easy to use. Recently, I recommended this AC for one of the other tenants in this apartment complex, who is also very happy with her purchase.

Looks very sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this air conditioner a month ago and I love the features. It was very easy to connect to WiFi and Alexa and very easy to install on the window. The app turned out to be so much of a benefit in the hot summer days because you can turn it on before you get home so your room cools down. The only downside to this is I should have bought the 10,000 BTU as it does not cool my 350 square foot room down quickly. I’m addition it’s not as quiet as I thought it would be but still a great choice.

Very quiet, good for small room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit is very quiet, even with fan on high. That said it does take a fair amount of time to cool a small room. The WiFi connection drops constantly. That is very disappointing to me as it was one of the reasons I chose this unit. I have a dog at home and wanted to be able to monitor the WiFi on hot days.

Quiet most of the time

Really quiet, but smells. Was the unit new?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this unit is really quiet and works well, but whenever the unit blows air with only the fan, it has this thick musty air coming from it. It was there since the very beginning (I bought it brand new), and I thought that it would get better as time went on, but the smell persists. Oh it also did have some scratches on the bottom of the unit even as I opened it from the box.
