Very quiet. Best AC I’ve ever bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It runs extremely quiet compared to our older FrigidAir ac we got three years ago. I like that it doesn’t just turn on, it seems like the fan engages, then the cooler engages and then the evaporator/pump/motor turn on. So the whole unite quietly ramps up. I don’t think we’ve had to turn it on high at all in the last month or so. We leave it on Eco Mode in the low 70’s. Our second floor bedroom is a slanted ceiling cape style with zero insulation. So as the temps have his 90, this runs and slowly kicks on and off throughout the day.
The app works well although like I mentioned it stays in eco mode. We hooked up our older one as well to the new app so now both units run on one app. We also like how it throws the air outword instead of up. I think conceptually the older model was designed to push the cold air up so it could fall and cool the room but it always seemed like it was fighting itself and it would take a while to actually cool the bedroom down. This one fans across the room.
250 sq feet. Upstairs bedroom, no insulation. Might have bought bigger but it has been absolutely worth it.

Not as quiet as promised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Gallery design is less appealing than the previous models. The new design creates a cheap plastic seal where the filter cover connects to the rest of the unit. This causes a squeaking when the AC is one. Not great.
The app is also horrendous, and doesn't actually work with Google Assistant.

So quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this unit - it’s exactly what I was searching for and is definitely the quietest AC I’ve ever heard. In fact, I had to often check if it was even on in the beginning! Cools great and was easy to install. The WiFi feature is pretty nice too, and I’ve had no problems with connection as some reviewers have mentioned. Overall very happy!

easy to program and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit a few weeks now and I am happy with it. Its definitely much quieter than other models. I do like how I can program so it cantcool my room as I'm coming home from work. It does occasionally have a little rattle when the compressor kicks on but does fade away pretty quickly. Overall its a very good unit. Easy to program with the app on your phone.

Super quiet. Temperature sensor needs work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s so quiet, that I need to put my hand against the vent to see if it’s on. The temperature sensor doesn’t seem to work all the time, because I check separate thermometers and they show a different temperature than what the air conditioner reads.

Decent sound level, terrible WiFi/smart function. Poor quality control

It took 2 tries before we received a unit in which the fan worked ptperly. At first we tried the warranty service but we were told it would be 3-4 weeks before an authorized repairman could service the unit——worthless warranty in the summer. Luckily the store (HD) cooperated and sent a new unit. Afer 10 days the WiFi/ smart function stopped working.
