My old plasma tv's screen finally went blank. I purchased the roku tv because I was familiar with the set up and I love it. The picture is clear and sharp, it was easy for a senior citizen to set up.

I am 85 years old. A much younger friend suggested Roku TV to me. He enjoys the simplicity of using Roku and suggested it to me. He helped me set mine up and I love it!

TV didn’t last even 2 years

Had this TV for less than 2 years and it just died. Spent hours on the phone and chat with Roku help and their finale suggestion was “buy a new TV”. What a joke. I think I’m done with Roku and their products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello! We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must be. While your TV is outside of our standard one-year warranty period, we’d still love to help troubleshoot and see if we can get it working again!
If your TV is plugged into one, try plugging it directly into the wall to rule out any issues with the power strip. As an extra step of caution, double-check that the power cable is securely connected to the back of the TV, and if possible, try a different compatible power cord.

Roku Plus Series 4K QLED TV

Absolutely fantastic picture, terrific sound, package includes the Voice-Controlled remote which greatly assist's with operational procedures and I love the ROKU platform, as I am familiar with utilizing it with a previous TV purchase. I highly recommend the Plus Series QLED TV......there no negatives to mention with this television.
