[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love its size it is small smaller than expected. It is also simple to use it has a power and eject button the rest is operating with the remote control. It can be use to watch movies from CD or DVDs or to stream movies via Netflix or Youtube. What I didn't like about it is that you need a cable to connect it to internet. I thought it was wifi capable but I had to buy an Ethernet cable. you will also need a HDMI cable I already had one so it was fine for me I am absolutely satisfied by the quality of the images and sound.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There are no external buttons on the machine to push in order to operate without the remote. We had the machine for a month when the batteries stop working. Make sure you have plenty of batteries and don't lose the remote. Without a working remote, the machine is worthless.

Wonderful little player

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blue-ray player works wonderfully. I have not had any kind of problems whatsoever with functionality. It's nice and compact and can fit almost anywhere. It was very easy to set up and run. The package included everything needed to set it up and run immediately. It came with a remote, batteries for the remote, and cable. The best part is, it has internet functionality and comes preloaded with Netflix and youtube. I would definitely recommend this product.

Impressive smart features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Blu-ray Disc player is Compact, well-built with smart features and comes with all accessories that is needed to get started. The included remote has all the required functionalities including access to the smart features of the player like the one-press Netflix button. The player reads the disks practically noiseless however, you can hear a slight sound when the gears are engaging while inserting and ejecting the disk.
The smart features of the blu ray player is easy to set up with the included manual. It takes less than 10 minutes to set up all the smart features.
However, I wish there was some kind of display in the front, to show some basic information.

Just wanted my first Blu-Ray player and got far more capability with this unit. Streaming, DVD's, MP3 audio and more! And nice compact size! Thanks Sony, you got it right on this unit! Even lets me control the volume of my TV - some engineer really did his homework!

I liked the player just fine until it died during a thunder storm, in spite of the fact that it was plugged into a surge protector. Player would not power off nor eject the disk tray leaving me with a high tech paper weight and a disk lost in the player. Won't recommend it nor buy another.

Bought 45 days ago, now it will not turn on, eject disc, lay disc, or anything else. It has a green light on, so it has power, but has become a paper weight. DO NOT BUY!
