BDPS1700 bluray player simple fast, no manual set

i was hoping it would sync to my View HD HDMI to YPbPr converter to feed my older Toshiba projector which seems to like 1280 by 720 60 hz setting but it does not work with it saying its out of range and there is no manual output setting to make it work for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old player wasn’t working so we picked this up. It worked out great. My daughter was able to watch her movies and we had a couple blue rays we could never watch! Nice and small so doesn’t take up a lot space. Would purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice little Blu-ray player by Sony. It is super compact and lightweight and has a compact remote with a lot of different buttons. It is a great value with no compromise to picture quality. It has the option to plug a wired Ethernet cable into it for internet, no wifi built into this one unfortunately. Overall it's a great little player to play your DVD's and Blue-ray's with.

I love the fact that you can watch Blu-ray or DVD and can also connect for use with Netflix which we use often. I would highly recommend adding this to your entertainment collection.

Our home is a gaming household, so we have game consoles that are also Blu-ray equipped, but sometimes I don't feel like firing them up just to watch a movie. This player is a great addition to my guest room and allows me to keep the consoles in the living room. I also enjoy how the player is able to stream, huge convenience! It's not just limited to Blu-ray and DVD, so I would definitely recommend to people who like to stream and watch discs.
