I’m here to help! I see that you can't connect to your internet. This player requires an Ethernet cable in order to use the internet feature such as streaming the apps. Please refer to the manual below.

This machine lasted a little over a year with very little use and then started to vibrate excessively no matter what disc I put in it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The box says it is a Blu-ray Disc/DVD Player but it will not play commercially purchased DVD's. Fortunately I kept my old DVD player so I can play both Blu-ray and DVD discs.

Was looking for a blu ray player but was totally surprised that I can also play my DVD's and the quality of the picture is tremendous!! I play my DVDs on my dvd player and they are dull.
